• AI voice agents for phone call handling
• Automated appointment booking

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive SMS/MMS messages from GrabCalls.com, you agree to the following:

• Consent: You consent to receive text messages from GrabCalls.com at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions and the services you've signed up for. You may receive appointment reminders, service notifications, and (if separately opted in) marketing messages.
• Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from us unless you re-opt in.
• Help: For help or questions about text messaging, reply HELP to any message or contact us at grabcalls@gmail.com or (205) 914-3390.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your mobile carrier.
• Supported Carriers: Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, and others.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by GrabCalls.com and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

GrabCalls.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Service Availability
