Glover Heating & Air Conditioning is owned and operated by Ralph Glover, who spent 30 years as a firefighter before turning that same discipline toward heating and cooling.
Ralph served with Center Point Fire, North Shelby Fire, and finished his 30-year fire and rescue career at Odenville Fire & Rescue. That's three decades of running toward calls when people needed help most — and it's the same standard he holds his HVAC work to today: show up, do the job right, and treat people the way you'd want your own family treated.
The family's commitment to service didn't stop with Ralph. His son, Eric, is also part of Glover Heating & Air Conditioning, and continues the family's fire service tradition as an active firefighter with Birmingham Fire and Rescue and Odenville Fire and Rescue.
